Mapping Your Survivorship Journey - Finding Strength and Wisdom in Connection

Welcome to the Survivorship Support Group, a place where individuals who have completed cancer treatment can find support, understanding, and guidance. Whether you finished treatment recently or years ago, navigating the physical, mental, and emotional changes that come with the cancer experience can be challenging. In this group, fellow survivors come together to connect, empathize, encourage, and share their wisdom.

Survivorship is a unique phase of the cancer journey, and it is important to have a space where you can explore and map this new chapter of your life. By joining this support group, you will find a community of individuals who understand the complexities and triumphs of survivorship. Together, we can navigate the challenges, celebrate the milestones, and find strength in our shared experiences.

Under the guidance of our facilitator, we create a safe and supportive environment for open discussions. You have the opportunity to connect with fellow survivors, empathize with one another, and draw inspiration from their stories. By sharing your own experiences and listening to others, you can gain valuable insights and wisdom that will help you on your survivorship journey.

Staying connected is crucial for your own well-being and for the friendships you have formed along the way. By participating in this group, you can strengthen those connections and continue to support one another. Together, we can navigate the highs and lows of survivorship, providing encouragement and understanding to each other.

You have come so far, and we are here to support you as you continue to thrive beyond cancer.

The Survivorship Support Group meets on the 3rd Friday of every month from 10-11:30am.
