Join Julie D. for 15 minutes of meditation Thursday evenings at 7pm. Meditations will incorporate mindfulness techniques; focus on breathwork, relaxation, mind and body connection; and promote overall wellness, balance, and equanimity. You will receive a Zoom link a few days prior the program.
No prior experience required.
Materials suggested are a yoga mat and a journal or place to document reflections.
