The laughs we had in 2022 at our Night of Comedy event held May 2022 featured comedian Demetri Martin with his “I Feel Funny Tour.”
Demetri, a former contributor on The Daily Show best known for drawing and playing his guitar while delivering jokes, will perform at Kodak Center in Rochester, NY for this special night of comedy to benefit Cancer Support Community Rochester. Purchase Tickets online or at the Kodak Center Box Office (and save on ticket fees).
A Night of Comedy is a new format from what was previously Comics Against Cancer, which was founded in 2009 by local comedian Steve Burr after his mother passed away, Comics Against Cancer was a night of laughter in support of Cancer Support Community Rochester.
Events at Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club
In order to serve thousands of families each year – and because Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club receives no government funding – we rely heavily on funds raised though numerous events that celebrate our members, educate our community, and showcase what Cancer Support Community is all about. All event proceeds stay here in Rochester to support those in our community impacted by cancer.
