Come join Carin, a certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and Personal Trainer with more than a decade of experience working with those living with cancer, for a class that will focus on gently stretching all areas of the body and also some basic strengthening exercises. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, however please consult with your medical team before beginning a new exercise program. This class is on Mondays at 2pm.
