Stretch & Strengthen (Hybrid)

Come join Carin Adams, CPT CCET with more than a decade of experience working with those living with cancer, for a class that will focus on gently stretching all areas of the body and also some basic strengthening exercises. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, however please consult with your medical team before beginning a new exercise program. This class is hybrid so you may attend virtually or in person on Mondays at 2pm.
