We are excited to have meditation return and we are grateful to have our volunteer instructor, Julie D. to run this program. Join Julie for 15 minutes of meditation every Monday afternoon at 1pm. Meditations will incorporate mindfulness techniques; focus on breathwork, relaxation, mind and body connection; and promote overall wellness, balance, and equanimity. You will receive a Zoom link a few days prior the program.

No prior experience required.

Materials suggested are a yoga mat and a journal or place to document reflections.
