Every Friday we will release new meditation videos to our YouTube channel. Just click the link below to access the videos. The meditations will incorporate mindfulness techniques; focus on breathwork, relaxation, mind and body connection; and promote overall wellness, balance, and equanimity.

*Current COVID Protocols: Participants attending in person programs must be vaccinated or provide a religious or medical exemption. Masks must also be worn while in the clubhouse.
