Join Cancer Support Community virtually of November 17th at 1:30 pm for Frankly Speaking About Cancer: Making Treatment Decisions.

Led by Earon Lehning, LMSW a Senior Social Worker and Oncology Collaborative Care Therapist at Lipson Cancer Institute for this program that focuses on building awareness among patients and caregivers about being able to talk with their health care team about treatment decision making, side effects, and how to prepare questions for their next appointment

Registration is required to attend and a Zoom link will be emailed closer to the date of the program. 

 

*The first 15 people to register AND complete a brief survey at the end of the presentation will receive a Cancer Support Community water bottle!

*Individuals attending in-person programs or support groups are required to have received a COVID vaccination or provide a letter of medical exemption or religious exemption.
