Come give yoga a try and meet our amazing instructor Melanie! Class will begin after the community chef’s dinner which is at 5pm. Be sure to register for both programs for the double the fun!

Yoga may help alleviate stress, reduce fatigue and improve mobility in cancer survivors.

Our yoga class is being led by volunteer and certified yoga instructor Melanie. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years and completed her training and certification in 2019. Her class will be a stress and tension relieving yoga for relaxation and functional mobility. The class will consist of healthy mellow movement for all bodies. All wellness levels are welcome to attend this class and like all of our programs this class is open to those living with cancer, survivors and caregivers.

This class is suitable for all abilities. No experience necessary. Please consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
