Gentle yoga is a slow paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work, strengthening and stretching of the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind, and de-stress while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga. In chair yoga, most of the poses will be done while seated in sturdy chair. For floor yoga you will be on the floor doing most of the movements and poses. You are welcome to attend both classes or just the class that is a better fit for you.

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience necessary.
