Gentle yoga is a slow paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work, strengthening and stretching of the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind, and de-stress while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.
This class is suitable for all abilities. No experience necessary.
We will be using the same Zoom link each week.
THIS CLASS WILL BE A FLOOR BASED CLASS.
If no one registers for this class in person at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class the class will be held virtually.
