Gentle yoga is a slow paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work, strengthening and stretching of the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind, and de-stress while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.
This class is suitable for all abilities. No experience necessary.
This class is now being offered in a hybrid format, which includes both virtual and in person options. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be attending in person or virtually. In person attendance will be limited to six individuals to ensure proper social distancing at this time. For those attending virtually, we will be using the same Zoom link each week.
