We are so excited to bring back one of our favorite programs – Cooking for Wellness!
This is a free cooking class for those living with cancer and/or their caregivers. Participants will prepare and taste flavorful recipes featuring seasonal fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins. You will learn to transition to a nutritious, plant based eating plan.
Classes are led by Sue Czap and Joanna Lipp, Registered Dietitians, Board Certified Specialists in Oncology Nutrition at Wilmot Cancer Institute.
Cooking for wellness is sponsored by the Pluta Cancer Foundation.
Registration will be limited for this program and COVID vaccination (or religious or medical exemption) as well as masking will be required.
