Cancer and Aging: Coping with the challenges of being an older adult with cancer

Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club is proud to be  collaborating with our colleagues at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) to offer a Cancer and Aging Lecture Series.  This series will focus on a range of topics related to the unique needs of older adults with cancer and their loved ones.  There will be designated time at the end of the presentation for questions and discussion with the speakers.  

 “Cancer and Aging: “Cancer & Aging: Coping with the challenges of being an older adult with cancer””  is scheduled for Wednesday January 25th from 2-3:30pm, and will feature experts in the field of Psycho-Oncology: Christian Nelson, PhD, Co-Director of the Psycho-Oncology of Cancer and Aging lab at MSK and Chief of the Psychiatry Service in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at MSK, and Rebecca Saracino, PhD, Assistant Attending Psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at MSK.  

 Registration is required to attend and a Zoom link will be emailed closer to the date of the program.
