Health & Wellness
Our health and wellness programs are designed to reduce stress, decrease possible risks factors, and to improve one’s overall lifestyle. Programs like yoga, meditation, and healthy baking are here to bring you joy through active engagement and to enhance your day-to-day life.
Gentle Yoga
The practice of yoga can bring amazing benefits to your health including improving strength, relieving back pain, easing arthritis pain, improving heart health, increasing energy levels, and helping manage stress. Join our yoga class and feel the benefits yoga can have on your mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels, yoga is offered every Thursday from 6-7 p.m.

Meditation
A disease like cancer is one of the most stressful times in a person's life. One way to calm the anxious emotions that cancer causes is through the practice of meditation. Through concentration and regulatory breathing or imagination exercises, meditation has the power to: lessen stress, improve sleep, increase energy levels, and more. Join our guided meditation that will relax your mind and body. Classes are held Mondays at 1pm. All are welcome.
Walk-N-Talk
Walking not only is a fantastic way to see friends, socialize, and get out of the house, but it can also have amazing benefits during your cancer journey. Research shows that too much rest can lead to loss of bodily function through weakened muscles. Physical activity during and after cancer treatment can improve physical abilities, improve blood flow, lessen nausea, improve energy levels and overall quality of life, along with countless other benefits. While our walks are weather permitting, we encourage you to continue to walk-n-talk with your friends and family.
ROC Strength
This strength-building class, suitable for all fitness levels, is a great way to improve your physical health through safe and effective exercises. Through this class, you will feel stronger, more active, and more confident.
